Last Friday, my friend invited me to come pickin' apples at her orchard. These are my favorite kind for applesauce--they are early "Transparent" apples. I put a few in a glass bowl and took a picture, but really, there are just four paper sacks-full on my dining room table, ready to be processed. I will post a picture when I am finished canning.
